The creation of your very own poke bowl starts with the specially selected base – Starch or Lettuce. Have a pick from Japanese Rice, Low GI (healthier) Quinoa or lettuce (for those on low carbs diet).

Then select your main poke – marinated raw fish. You get to select from sushi grade salmon or tuna, marinated in Soyu or Spicy Garlic marinade. Then, select from a wide array of vegetables and fruits. According to the Co-Founder, Joey, it is recommended for each bowl to include at least a portion of fruits like pineapple as it is also the gist the concept of a pokebowl.

Last but not least, add in premium ingredients like Spiced Cashew, Crispy Salmon Skin, Pulled Pork or Avocado to make your bowl complete. Here’s the creation specially created for us by Joey.
